Rating: 3 out of 5.

The Blind Man once again will encounter intruders on his house. Not a direct continuation of the story of the first part just an extension of the protagonist life. Stephen Lang reprises his role.

“I’m not a good man”

A blind veteran must use his military training to save a young orphan from a group of kidnappers.

official plot

My opinion

It’s not as good as the original, that’s for sure. But it’s interesting and well executed. Keeps the tension and has some foreshadowing moments that a trained eye will catch instantly. The film doesn’t try to show the blind man as a good guy but rather as the less evil on the group of bad guys that appear. He has his redemption and doesn’t forgets what he has done on the past. It’s not the best of the year but is not the worst either. 1 hour and 53 minutes that doesn’t feel like it and points for the gore and great fx makeup.
