Halloween Kills – What to expect and release date
Hello Horror Freaks! Today I’m bringing up everything we know so far of the upcoming film Halloween Kills that was expected to hit theaters this year on October 15th before the COVID19 decided to show up.
Just a few days ago the first teaser trailer was released and honestly I’m really excited about it. If you haven’t see it you can do it now.
Also with the teaser we get the official release date that is going to be October 15th, 2021. The film was pushed a whole year because of the pandemic situation that we are living today. I’m not upset about it, in my opinion is the best move since we don’t really know when is gonna be safe to go back to movie theaters and this will affect the release.
Halloween Kills will be a direct sequel of Halloween (2018) and the 12th film of the Halloween franchise. The teaser lets us know that this film, just like Halloween II (1981), will follow the story right from where the first film ended. It’s important to remember that Halloween (2018) serves as a direct sequel of the original film of 1978 ignoring all the events of Halloween II and all the films that came out after. It was confirmed last summer that a third film would be released on 2022 called Halloween Ends but with the delay of Halloween Kills we don’t have an official date of this film yet.
Halloween (2018) had an overall good response from the audience and the fans of one of the most iconic horror characters. 30 seconds where more than enough to build up excitement, I hope we get an official trailer soon. Just one more year of waiting horror freaks but I know it’s gonna be worth it.
