A Quiet Place Part 2 (2021) spoiler free review

One of the most expected movies of the year is here. A Quiet Place Part 2 comes from the mind of John Krasinski just like the first one. This review is spoiler free, if you want the spoilers click the video down below.

The Abbott family now faces the terrors of the outside world. Forced to venture into the unknown, they realize that creatures that hunt for sound are not the only threats that stalk beyond the sand path.

Official plot

Starting Emely Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe, and Cillian Murphy the film follows the Abbot’s family still trying to survive after the events of the first movie. John Krasinski makes a small appearance on the form of flashbacks.

The film itself reuses the formula of the first one and make its work. On a moment we have the characters divided in 3 groups having them on stressful situations simultaneously. The movie executed well showing 3 situations without being confusing or losing the tension factor.

A sequel is coming?

The movie ends on a huge cliffhanger, leaving the expectation of a third film. But yet is not confirmed so we will need to wait if the success of this one will push the trilogy.

I give this movie a 4/5 or a 9/10. It’s at the level of the first one and definitely is worth watching it.
