Michael Myers vs Jason Voorhees: The Battle of Monsters
A battle that has been going for years: who would win between slasher horror icons Michael Myers and Jason Voorhees. We already saw Freddy vs Jason and how that went but Michael vs Jason is a fight that any horror fan wants to see. In 2019 Michael vs Jason: Evil Emerges, a fan made short film, was released and well received. Want to know who I think would win and why? Read until the end or watch my YouTube video until the end to find out! I’m going to break down the strengths and weaknesses of each character to define the ultimately defeater.
Jason Voorhees
Strengths
Jason strengths recall on his physical strength, fighting skills, weapon, and supernatural nature. His 6′ 5″ height and 275 pounds can gave him a huge advantage over anyone. We have already saw him using it giving us some brutal deaths. When it comes to fighting and killing his really aggressive, using all of his physical force to kill as fast as possible. His weapon is a machete witch is a big kind of knife that can cut every part of a human body in seconds. Jason has been brought back from the death several times and by Jason X is has been well establish that he’s not easy to kill.
Weaknesses
His mayor weaknesses is Camp Crystal Lake. As it has been shown on the film franchise before anything close to Camp Crystal Lake will instantly make Jason weak and also his drowning trauma. In Freddy vs Jason we saw Freddy using Jason old memories in order to keep him asleep and “in his world” giving Freddy the opportunity to win.

Strengths
Michael strengths rely on his intelligence, fast movement, and killing motives. Michael has prove to be an intelligent been that’s capable to hide in silence waiting the right moment to attack and its fast moving from place to place even after the fact that looks like a slow walker. He’s the personification of evil, giving him as a killing motive nothing more than just wanting to hurt people. He kills who ever cross his path, even dogs. He will not hesitate and won’t surrender or give you the chance to run away.
Weaknesses
His weapon, a chef knife, is smaller compared to other slasher monsters, but he makes it work. But still gives him a disadvantage. Also, physically his and average male adult, no exaggerated weight or height.

Who would win this fight
Not going to lie on the fact that I would love a full length official movie of Michael vs Jason but sadly I don’t think that is going to be ever made. After seeing both sides strengths and weaknesses I believe that the winner would be Michael Myers. I love Jason and he’s my favorite slasher but I don’t see him actually winning, just like Freddy vs Jason I see him been defeated and then giving the last hit probably killing Michael. He has a little bit more weaknesses than Michael and definitely a fight on Camp Crystal Lake would give Michael a huge advantage.
